During her travels - Jakarta, Colombo, Kigali, from 2008 to 2012 in her first professional roles - Julia developed her desire to become an entrepreneur. She set herself the challenge of reinventing the tea experience digitally, bringing together the largest community of 'tealovers' in France and establishing a 100% digital company in a traditionally retail-focused sector. With a customer base of over 150,000 clients and more than 100 partner brands, the gamble paid off!

After a spell at Citi within the Public Sector department, where she was involved in refinancing public debt in emerging countries and advising these countries on macroeconomic issues, Julia successfully led the growth and financing of her own start-up at all stages. Julia was at the head of her company for more than ten years, accompanied by a team of over 15 people. She has demonstrated her market analysis skills to implement new products in the very competitive sector of food & beverage, employing an e-commerce subscription model. Using new digital media, Julia was able to implement and manage customer acquisition campaigns in an agile and efficient manner, increasing visibility and ARR. Benefiting from external investments, Julia set the pace for different phases of acceleration and consolidation of the her company growth with dynamism and creativity.
