“Enhanced” advisory services from an Operating Partner + Senior Partner pair, for management teams of companies, individual portfolio investments or investment portfolios as a whole.
Interventions at key moments of companies and individual portfolio investments' lifetimes : definition of growth objectives and modalities, fundraising, overhaul of business and operational models in periods of transition, etc.

As an Opvisory Board
Advisory services from a strategic advisory board for upper management, composed of external qualified members chosen for their experience and expertise as well as their ability to provide a long-term, systemic, disruptive and independent approach.
A recurring format, during which participants work on identifying and monitoring strategic road maps/dashboards.
For each type of intervention, the designated OPs and SPs will benefit from the cross-disciplinary and complimentary knowledge and expertise of all other Opvise OPs and SPs, who they can contact easily when needed.
